About Lourdes
Certified Life Coach, Mindfulness Teacher, Public Speaker
Helping others has always been an essential part of my life. As a mother of two wonderful young women, I’ve had the privilege to volunteer at their schools, the town library, and within our community for many years. As President of the school’s PTA, I was able to help the school community and inspire other parents to create the best environment and opportunities for our children. It was within this role that I discovered my ability to encourage, inspire, uplift, and help others to believe in themselves and their abilities.
My journey into coaching began with my own struggles with self-confidence and self-worth due to childhood bullying experiences. Working with a coach to address these issues was truly life changing. I was finally able to unearth the seed of my deep sense of unworthiness and conquer my negative beliefs. This transformative experience inspired me to become certified as a life coach. I realized that much of the suffering I've seen in people’s lives stems from negative and limiting beliefs from past events.
My targeted techniques allow my clients to emerge feeling more

empowered, resilient, and stronger. The transformational work we do enables them to feel their inherent worthiness and value, enabling them to live a happier lives filled with self-acceptance, self-love, and self-compassion.
I know the pain of feeling stuck, unworthy, and overwhelmed by life’s challenges. I understand the courage it takes to face your fears and step into the unknown. That’s why I’m committed to walking this journey with you, every step of the way. Together, we will work to silence your inner critic, overcome self-doubt, and build a life filled with purpose, joy, and fulfillment.
Along with my coaching work, I am a Mindfulness teacher and love to share the research-backed benefits of mindfulness-meditation with others through private and public presentations.
In addition to coaching, teaching, and speaking publicly, I also enjoy yoga, hiking, beading jewelry, karaoke, Qigong, and volunteering with the Be A Friend Project. These passions not only enrich my life but also bring balance and joy, which I strive to share with my clients.
