Hi, I'm Lourdes, a Certified Life Coach with a BA in Psychology, a Positive Psychology Specialization Certification and MBSR instructor.
My passion is helping clients break free from any and all limitations, allowing them to fully embrace their authentic selves. Your talents and potential will be unearthed and brought to light. Coaching with me is a powerful experience that connects you to your inner wisdom and can be the key to moving out of the past to create the future with consciousness. Through creative strategies, inquiry, and mindful awareness, you'll be guided and supported in creating deep and lasting change.

As your coach, my job is to listen intently, ask powerful questions, offer insightful feedback, and support you in moving forward with intention. We will celebrate your successes, acknowledge your challenges, and creatively strategize when you feel stuck.
What to expect
We always start with a complimentary consultation where you'll have ample time to share what you’re struggling with, would like to change, accomplish, and/or create. This time alone can create a lot of clarity, along with the deep felt experience of being seen, heard, and valued. Afterwards, if you’re ready to start investigating, unearthing, and looking at what is really holding you back, then we’ll schedule 1:1 coaching sessions over Zoom so that you can be in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Each session is designed to move you forward by addressing your needs, building skills, and cultivating practices that create transformation. My client sessions usually run for about an hour, but sometimes we can go a bit longer to allow us to discuss an issue with a little more breathing space.
Client support
I primarily work with clients who feel stuck and need support moving forward in their lives. Often, their self-belief has been diminished due to circumstances and challenges that caused them to doubt themselves and their abilities — to the extent that they don't believe that their goals are achievable. Cultivating confidence and calm is active and achievable through effective strategies and action-taking. Through our work, my clients are able to transform long-held beliefs and perspectives that were dimming their light and holding them back from pursuing their hopes and dreams. My clients emerge from our work feeling more grounded, resilient, and sure-footed, ready to continue creating a life full of flourishing.
