What to expect?

Clients start with a complimentary consultations where they have ample time to share what they’re struggling with and would like to change, accomplish, or create. Following the consultation, I see clients in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions over Zoom that are designed to address that particular client’s needs and build skills. Seeing clients virtually allows them to be in the comfort and privacy of their own homes without needing to travel or arrange for babysitters. Usually sessions run for about an hour, but sometimes we can go a bit longer, allowing us to discuss an issue with a little more breathing space.

Client support

I help my clients with a variety of issues. Some clients need support in moving forward with their goals, starting with actually believing that they can achieve them and then creating a pathway and plan. Some experience a sense of not knowing what they want, although they’re sure that something is missing in their lives. Others very clearly want to overcome obstacles, perceived limitations, or feelings of lack. Some are over-stressed, anxious, feel out of balance, and need to establish a sense of inner calm, self-belief, and self-confidence that’s been eroded due to life challenges, transitions, or struggles from the past. The unifying theme is that there’s a need to build back belief and cultivate confidence and calm. One misconception some people have is that all coaching is accountability coaching and only for people who haven’t been able to achieve a specific goal. And while I do help people in this way, much of my work is in transforming long held beliefs and perspectives that are dimming their light and holding them back from living a fuller, more enjoyable life.

Benefits of Coaching

Coaching is a path to improving your life by helping you to untangle yourself from deeply held beliefs. When you have a really negative view of yourself that’s like a steel wall between you and your ability to feel good and be happy. When you’re able to address & free yourself from these views you’re able to build your sense of worthiness, value and self-belief. Because I’m on the other side of that, I’m determined to help people free themselves from their negative self-beliefs, shrink their suffering and change their lives. When we feel better about ourselves, we’re able to show up in all of our relationships more positively and that creates a positive ripple effect in the world, allowing peace to expand.
